I am extremely pleased with the quality and customer service of these bags. They are a thick material and are the perfect size to utilize them in different ways, not just as a makeup bag. I bought these for my kids’ teachers and stuffed it with some additional items. They looked great and I got so many compliments from others I showed them to.I wish I could give more than 5 stars to the top notch customer service. You don’t get this level of service any more it seems. I ordered these back in April to have them in time for the end of May not knowing how much time it would take as they are personalized. Unfortunately, they never showed up in their delivery date. I waited an additional week to give it time with no luck. I reached out to the seller as I never got a tracking number for the items. They replied back within the 24 hour period and offered to send a replacement with expedited shipping at no additional cost. I was very skeptical it would work and I’d be out a gift. I received a tracking number next day and got the bags right after. I’m so glad I reached out.I highly recommend these bags and the seller!!
